Solar eclipse of June 1, 2011 : ウィキペディア英語版 | Solar eclipse of June 1, 2011
A partial solar eclipse occurred on June 1, 2011. A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partly obscuring the image of the Sun for a viewer on Earth. A partial solar eclipse occurs in the polar regions of the Earth when the center of the Moon's shadow misses the Earth. This eclipse is the second of four partial solar eclipses in 2011, with the others occurring on January 4, 2011, July 1, 2011, and November 25, 2011. The eclipse was special since it occurred around midnight in Utsjoki, Finland, and Finnmark, Norway, partially obscuring midnight sun. ==Images==
